As an agent and investor, I stay on top of the current market conditions in our area.  At this time the Spokane market is much like many places in the US, short on available houses.  So it's now a sellers market with a lot of buyers moving into the Spokane area.

I am a member of the Spokane Home Builders Association, Spokane Association of Realtors, The Landlord Association, Friends of Manito Park, the Spokane Fly Fishers and Holy Lutheran Church.  I own and manage a few properties in the Spokane area.    I network with many local lenders, title company's, investors, sub-contractors and home builders.   I once owned and operated a successful electrical contracting business and I am licensed as a Master Electrician.  I know residential construction and the process in which a home is built.     For the past 40 years I have bought, sold and leased many properties from a farm to a one bedroom condominium.  Real Estate has always been my choice of investment and if done with careful consideration, I believe it is the best all around investment.

In addition to knowing home construction and spotting potential problems, I can also help you with the following:

Find Your Next Home
I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
